VISHNU VISHAL IS EYEING THE MAINSTREAM MASSES NOW ...

Actor Vishnu Vishal was recently the lead in a film which was lapped up by the critics and audiences alike, Indru Netru Naalai. The film is still hanging on with a few shows despite many subsequent big releases like Papanasam, Baahubali and Maari.

 

Vishnu is a very busy actor and we chat with him about his plans and projects,

 

"For my Veera Dheera Sooran, we have shot for about 20 days till now. For another 30 to 40 days we will be shooting non-stop and the talkie portions will be wrapped, before my new film with director Ezhil starts.

 

Veera Dheera Sooran will have all the mainstream elements and has Suseenthiran's story. Director Shankar Dayal came up with his version of the script after working on it for about 8 months. I liked the story from the first but somehow we couldn't start the film back then.

 

Director Ezhil's film will hopefully give me wide mass reception down South. It will be his kind of film with some concept too. Nikki Galrani and Soori are also in the film and it will have generous slapstick comedy elements.

 

And Idam Porul Yaeval should come out this month-end if the right theaters are available".
