Vikram Prabhu shifts his game

Vikram Prabhu has signed a village drama as his next, with director Ezhil of Thulladha Manamum Thullum and Desingu Raja fame. VVS girl Sri Divya plays the female lead. The team has already cranked 6 days of shoot, and they are gearing up for the second schedule from 20th. 

 

The movie has the director’s regulars – Musician D Imman, Cinematographer Sooraj Nalluswamy and comedian Singam Puli.

 

Vikram Prabhu, in his two movies so far – Kumki and Ivan Vera Mathiri, has stuck with serious, dignified roles. And, even his upcoming release Arima Nambi, directed by Anand Shankar, seems like a serious subject. However, this movie with Ezhil is more of a rural rom-com, and will be a game changer for the actor.

 

So, will Vikram Prabhu sparkle in this movie, just as he did in his first two – We will have to wait and see…
