JULY 16TH - BW QUICKIES

Here are a few interesting recent tidbits from the film industry

 

- Idam Porul Yaeval directed by Seenu Ramasamy and produced by N.Lingusamy for Thirrupathi Brothers has been given a clean U certificate. The film starring Vijay Sethupathi, Vishnu, Nandita Swetha and Aishwarya Rajesh was much appreciated by the CBFC officials.

 

- The single track ‘Siluku Marame’  from the Vishal starrer Paayum Puli was released yesterday, July 15th. The promotional video showing the making of the video is making its rounds on social media.

 

- Actor turned director, Lakshmy Ramakrishnan wrapped the shoot of her next directorial venture Ammani. “The film’s post production is on at full speed. Music Director K has composed all the three songs. The songs have come out really well. Each is of a unique and different colour. I am excited to present this film”, says Lakshmy.

 

- The shooting of the Bobby Simha - Keerthi Suresh starrer Paambhu Sattai directed by debutant Adam Dasan was wrapped up in style. ‘Thamirabarani’ fame Muktha Banu, Charlie, K. Rajan,  RV Udhayakumar, Mottai Rajendran and Saravana Subbiah are playing key roles in this thriller flick.

 

- 'Madurai Sambavam' fame Harikumar will be seen in dual roles for his next feature titled Madurai Mani Kuravan. He will be seen as a police officer and as a gypsy in this film.
