WHAT AFTER KAAKA MUTTAI?

Director Manikandan gave an astounding debut offering in the name of Kaaka Muttai that not only won national and international acclaim but also audiences’ approval and critics' endorsement.

The director is now working on his second film titled Kutramae Dhandanai which is in its post-production phase. It is expected that the film will be wrapped up in a couple of months' time.

Meanwhile there were reports in certain sections of the media that Manikandan would be making his third film Kidavin Karunaimanu. When behindwoods contacted the director, he clarified on this, “Kidavin Karunaimanu will be directed by my assistant Suresh Sangaiyah and I am there in the project only in the capacity of an executive producer. On the other hand, I am working on my third script which will be funded by Anbuchezhian for Gopuram films. Both these films will be feel-good types laced with humor. Casting for both the films is not yet finalized”.

That should rest all the speculations and rumors to rest!
