> ALL IN PICTURES presents Masala Padam starring Mirchi Shiva, Bobby Simha, debutant Gaurav and Lakshmy Devy. Cinematographer Laxman Kumar of ‘Vennila Kabaddi Kuzhu’ fame is debuting as the director with this film. It is reported that the film is all set to hit the screens this summer, with just the final leg of shoots remaining.

> Moone Moonu Vaarthai, yet another youthful film from Capital Film Works is nearing completion. This bilingual is directed by Madhumitha. The film’s cast is a medley of experienced and newbies, like S.P.Balasubramaniam, Lakshmi, K.Bhagyaraj, debutant Arjun, 'Sutta Kathai' Venky and Aditi Chengappa.

> Sri Vishnu Productions are collaborating with J Studios for the directorial venture of Murali Krishna named as Mirantavan with Prajin acting as the male lead, paired alongside 7 female leads.

> Thoppi, starring popular television anchor Murli Ram and Rakshaya Raj and directed by Yureka of ‘Madurai Sambavam’ fame is set for release soon.  S.Paramaraj produces the film for Royal Screens.

> Directed by AMR Ramesh and with music composition by Ilaiyaraaja, Oru Melliya Kodu stars Arjun in the lead role along with Manisha Koirala, Shaam and Aksha Bhatt. This film had its pooja held recently.

> Vinay's upcoming movie Serndhu Polama, co-starring Madhurima and Preethi and directed by Anil Kumar, is set to be released on March 6th by Dream Factory.
