“AJITH ARRANGED A STYLIST AND PHOTOGRAPHED ME”

Appukutty, the National Award winner for Best Supporting Actor for Azhagar Saamiyin Kudhirai is a very happy man. And he has every reason to be for he was photographed by none other than Thala Ajith who created a portfolio for the actor.

Sharing about this, Appukutty says, “Since Veeram days Ajith sir used to tell me that I have to do different characters that would match my acting skills. Once I told him that my look is one of the main reasons that push away many good characters.  Ajith sir arranged a photoshoot, designed the right outfits and arranged special stylist for me. I was astonished to see himself as the photographer. That moment was ultimate for me.”    

Appukutty further adds that Ajith advised him to be called by his original name Sivabalan as it is more powerful. With a shy smile, Appukutty aka Sivabalan says that it was a little embarrassing to see Ajith wait for him to take his pictures.
