Will Thegidi enjoy a solo release?
Feb 20, 2014 There are so many movies in the bank, unreleased that even the projects featuring top stars are finding it hard to enjoy a solo release. The dates are so packed that every Friday has been having at least two releases lately. But Thegidi might be the lucky one to enjoy a rare solo release.
The Ashok Selvan starrer has come out clean with a U certificate from the censor board and is all set to release on the 28th February. Since Nimirndhu Nil has been pushed from February 28th to March 7th, Thegidi is, for now, the only confirmed release for next week.
Meanwhile, jointly produced by Vel Mediaa and Abi Tcs Studios, Thegidi is presented by CV Kumar and is helmed by P Ramesh. Ashok Selvan and Janani Iyer play the leads and Jayaprakash will also be seen in an important character. Dinesh Krishnan has handled the lens and Nivas K Prasanna is already being showered with praises for his music in the movie.
