Action time for Karthika

Director S P Jhananathan famed for unusual but socially relevant films like E, Iyarkai and Peranmai is working on his next Purampokku which has Arya, Vijay Sethupathi and Karthika Nair as leads along with Shaam who is doing a pivotal role in the film. Purampokku is being funded by UTV Motion pictures along with Jhananathan’s Binary Pictures.

 

Purampokku went on floors recently and the first schedule of the film happened in many places in Himachal Pradesh followed by Bikaner, Jailsalmer in Rajasthan. Sharing about the schedule, heroine Karthika revealed that the first schedule of the film is wrapped up which was quite challenging and adventurous. If sources are to be believed, Karthika’s role will be quite rugged and there are plenty of action sequences for the Ko heroine.
