Gautham Vasudev Menon is truly a phoenix! Although he is mired in few controversies associated with his former producer, the man is quite calm and composed and is involved in two major films, one with Ajith and the other with Simbu. Thirty days of shooting for Simbu’s film is already completed and work on Ajith’s film is already on and the project will go on floors on the 24th of February 2014.
 

While talking about Ajith, the Vaaranam Aayiram director states, “Ajith has helped me big time. He knew I was passing through tough times and just told me to ready a fresh script and encouraged that we can change everything into a positive mode.” Quite touched by Ajith, Gautham avers that the character of Ajith lies in the fact that he would never indicate or give signals that he is helping you but one will feel the warmth of his goodness.
