Prashanth steps in for Akshay Kumar!

A movie that spoke on the lines of a thriller-heist genre, is now touted to be remade into 4 different languages. Well, an interesting peg on the Bollywood movie 'Special 26' starring Akshay Kumar and Kajal Aggarwal is that, Thiagarajan, Prashanth's father has gotten the remake rights of the movie for all the 4 South Indian languages. It is also said that he will be casting Prashanth in the lead role, while Prakash Raj and Sathyaraj will reprise Manoj Bajpayee's and Anupam Kher's roles respectively.

While we see these big heads playing the main characters, the film is also expected to have more quality actors like Nasser, Sayaji Shinde, M.S.Bhaskar, Rao Ramesh , Brammaji and Thulasi playing the secondary roles.

As we earlier reported, Thiagarajan has also gotten the remake rights for the movie 'Queen' and now 'Special 26' joins the list.
