Nov 21, 2014 Superstar Rajini received the Centenary Award for Indian Film Personality of the Year, at the IFFI 2014 in Goa yesterday, from Amitabh Bachchan. This is what the thespian had to say after accepting his award.
"I came here to receive an award and not to make a speech (laughs) that too after such an excellent speech by Amit Ji. I have no words to speak now
About 5 to 6 times, I couldn't make it to the IFFI before. This time I am fortunate and honored to receive such a prestigious award. I thank the Government of India and the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
I dedicate this award to all my producers, directors, technicians and fans. Thank you very much"
