Superstar Rajini gets off the mark in Bollywood
May 24, 2013Hardly a week goes by without some exciting news about Superstar’s Kochadaiyaan. After missing the Cannes bus due to some delays in cutting the trailer to the desired level of perfection, word now has it that Rajini has lent his voice for a recital song in the Hindi version of the movie too.
Earlier, he had recorded for the Tamil version of this song, which was penned by Vairamuthu. The words for the Hindi song have been written by Irshad Kamil and this marks the first time that Rajini has rendered a Hindi song in his illustrious career.
In addition to the original Tamil version, the movie would also be dubbed and released in Hindi, Japanese, Telugu and a few more languages to cater to Rajini’s huge global audience.
The film’s co-producer, Murali Manohar, recently said that the trailer will be released soon while the movie might see a release sometime after July.
