The Lingusamy produced, Bhoopathy Pandian directed Sivakarthikeyan starrer will be called Swapna Sundari. The director has recently finalized on the name Swapna Sundari, immortalized by Goundamani in the movie Karagattakaran.

Siva Karthikeyan himself has had the chance to call his heroine with the same name in his debut. The character name of Oviya in Marina was Swapna Sundari.

Produced under the banner Thirrupathi Brothers, Swapna Sundari will go on floors as soon as the director finishes finalizing the rest of the cast and the crew.

While Sivakarthikeyan's Varuthapadatha Vaalibar Sangam is set for release in the first week of September coinciding with Vinayaga Chathurti, the release date of Bhoopathy Pandian's Pattathu Yaanai, starring Vishal and Aishwarya Arjun is expected to be out soon.
