Siva Karthikeyan and Hansika are coming together for Thirukumaran’s Maan Karate. The film will be made by AR Murugadoss and Madhan of Escape Artistes Motion Picture on a big budget. The team has zeroed in on July 10^th as the auspicious day to begin the proceedings. A traditional ‘Puja’ will take place and Hansika will start shooting for her portions on this day.

Siva Karthikeyan will complete his present commitments and join the team on August 6^th. In this leg of the shooting, combination sequences involving Siva and Hansika will be canned, say our sources.

Sukumar has been roped in as the cinematographer and Anirudh will start working on the demanded five songs. The major part of the shooting will happen at Chennai, Bangalore and Athirapally. Malta has been chosen as the foreign location for a couple of song sequences.
