Scottish hero fasts 3 days for Tamil film

Upcoming film Mannar Valaikuda interestingly features a Scottish national, Jesse Fox Allen, in the lead as the hero. The film has a unique Ayannar song that’s infused with English rap lyrics for the first time. The music director for the film is Rishikesh, formerly known as Siva Prakasam – the composer for Unnoda Oru Naal.

It is learnt that Jesse Fox Allen went fasting for 3 straight days to show his respect for the Ayyanar song and its sanctity. The song is written by lyricist S.Kannan and sung by Bhagyaraj and Lawrence. The entire audio is expected to launch in the third week of October. Mannar Valaikuda is directed by Dhanasekar and also features Ganja Karuppu in an important role.
