Mystery attacks target Ameer's film
Jun 28, 2013 Director Ameer is starring in a film titled Peranbu Konda Periyorgale and the movie's shooting is progressing in and around Madurai.
Lately, the shooting spot has become a target for mischief mongers who pelt stones when the crew is busy filming scenes. This had become a continuous affair and went to the extent of damaging film equipment worth several lakhs.
Following this, Ameer decided to take things in his hands and lodged a complaint in the nearest police station. Though the police has not been able to zero down on the gang that is behind the attacks, Ameer is going ahead with the shooting with guards to prevent such elements in the future.
