Behindwoods had earlier reported that Hindu outfits had asked for a special screening of Aadhi Bhagavan to make sure there is nothing offensive against the religion. They had even asked Ameer to change the title, which the latter had disagreed to do.
 

Now the Village Temple Priest Association has asked the Government to ban the film. It is also heard that the issue might be brought before the Vishwa Hindu Parishad, in a meet that is scheduled in March. The meet will have more than 1000 participants, it is said and that they will be discussing about the issues faced by temple priests.
