AR Murugadoss, along with Fox Star Productions, is funding, debutant director, Atlee’s romantic tale, Raja Rani starring Arya and Nayanthara in the lead. The teaser made good rounds in the industry and so did the shocking promotion stunt.
 

Now, we hear the trailer is ready and AR Murugadoss watched it recently. Impressed with the work of the young actor, the Thuppakki director said, “’I’m eagerly awaiting the release of the 'Raja Rani’ trailer, as eager as the audience. Not everybody will be able to convert their ideas into visuals and I am proud that Atlee has done this. The concept and the clarity on revealing it to the audience makes this trailer very special. I am proud to be the producer of this film".
 

The film also stars Santhanam, Jai and Nazriya Nazim. GV Prakash is scoring for the film and George C Williams is handling the camera. The trailer will be released on the 18^th of August and hefty promotions will follow.
