Kaadhal Sandhya's silver jubilee

Kaadhal Sandhya is celebrating her 25^th birthday today (26, September, 2013). The ‘Kaadhal’ prefix before her name came up as a result of her outstanding performance in Kaadhal, which was her debut film. The actress won the Tamil Nadu State Film Special Award for Best Actress for the movie, which was directed by Balaji Shakthivel.
 

Sandhya has been travelling across South India acting in films that are being shot in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada.  The actress’ latest appearance on silver screen was for Ya Ya, that starred Shiva, Santhanam and Dhansika.
