It’s always Rajinikanth for AR Rahman
Jun 15, 2013 There are millions of fans for AR Rahman. But the Mozart of Madras is a fan of Rajinikanth. Both are spiritually inclined and AR Rahman says they both share similar beliefs.
The other personality AR Rahman admired was Michael Jackson. Rahman met the legend for the first time during the Oscars and again in another three months. “AR, let’s do a song like ‘We are the World’,” MJ had said to Rahman during their second meet. But, MJ tragically died a month after the meeting.
AR Rahman still regrets having missed the chance to work with MJ.
