The King of satire is no more!
Jun 15, 2013 Veteran actor/director Manivannan passed away this morning (15th June 2013). He was 59. He is said to have succumbed to heart attack. His family and friends are in a state of deep shock.
Manivannan was last seen in his 50th directorial venture, Nagaraja Cholan MA MLA. Known for his satire, he has delivered a number of hits as a director and an actor.
Be it comedy roles, supporting characters or villain roles, he has excelled in every region he has ventured into.
Behindwoods conveys its deep condolences to the kith and kin of the legend and may the King of satire rest in peace.
