Uday Kiran, the young and handsome actor, who was launched in Tamil by the great K. Balachander in the movie Poi is set to try his luck again in Tamil, this time in an all-out action entertainer. This new film would be launched on March 22^nd and Uday sounded very confident ahead of the movie’s launch.

"I am proud to say that I was launched in Tamil through ‘POI’ by Balachander sir, who was the one who launched the legends like Rajini sir, Kamal sir & Prakash Raj sir. It was rather unfortunate for things not falling in place until now for me to become like Rajini sir or Kamal sir. But this script has given me immense confidence and a morale booster that I can actually become like them. I say this out of humble confidence I have on this script. I have worked very hard to shed away my chocolate boy image in order to get a tough look for this action entertainer. Hunt for the heroine is on in full swing. This big budgeted movie is produced by Munna on behalf of flying colors, music and cinematography is going to be handled by Vinoth Kumar and Sathish Muthyala respectively. Sudhakar the director had assured me a racy, action flick.
