Director Vijay to turn assistant for the 100th
Apr 04, 2013Famed filmmaker Priyadarshan had heaped praises on director Vijay by saying that there have been nearly a hundred young assistants who have worked with him but he is particularly proud of Vijay and what he has achieved.
Reacting to this, director Vijay, who is currently filming Thalaivaa with Ilayathalapathy Vijay, feels extremely flattered by Priyadarshan’s compliment and expressed his gratitude towards his 'guru'. At the moment Priyadarshan has directed 92 films and director Vijay has expressed his desire to work as Priyadarshan’s assistant for his 100th film, presumably as a gesture of gratefulness to the senior.
