2012 is Madan Karky's year !

Young and upcoming lyricist Madan Karky has penned the most number of superhit songs in 2012, according to a regional magazine. Karky, who is also the son of ace songwriter Vairamuthu, has successfully carved a niche for himself on his own.

The list of his superhit songs are from a host of films like Kadhalil Sodhappuvadhu Eppidi, Naan Ee, Maattrraan, Thuppakki, Mugamoodi, Nanban and the latest to join that list is Kadal.

Only goes to show that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree!
