Most might agree that this is Silambarasan’s toughest performance of his career. He cut down on his youthful demeanor, grew a rather unruly beard and looked somber and pensive for the entire movie, even his anger was only a controlled release of emotions within. Underplay was the buzzword in the movie and Silambarasan pulled it off with a lot of gumption.
