Actor Vardharajan who plays one of Pradeep Rawat’s henchmen in the recently released Haridas has been getting an earful for what he does in the climax of the film. But the actor takes it in his stride saying that the audience’s abuses are like an award for my performance. He says that it is an indication of the conviction in his portrayal.

His co-star in the film, Sneha too has said that she found his performance terrifying when she watched the film. Haridas has been getting positive word of mouth for the manner in which it treats the subject of autism in children.
