''I didn't even know who Dhanush was'', Parvathy's unbelievable statement
Jun 02, 2013 When Parvathy Menon was recently asked if she had agreed to act in Maryan purely due to the fact that it features Dhanush in the lead, she came out with a startling reply that she didn't even know who Dhanush was, before Maryan.
The director and the story were the clinching factors for her acceptance. The fact that a big production house such as Aascar Films was financing Maryan, only made it easier for her to give her nod for this project.Nevertheless, after meeting Dhanush on the sets of Maryan, she was totally impressed by his skills as an actor.
