There is news emerging from director A.Sargunam on his project with Dhanush. The movie which is billed as ‘Sotta Vaazha Kutty’ will be based in Kumbakkonam and will feature Dhanush as a Kuthuvilakku trader. Our sources tell us that discussions are on with Hansika to play Dhanush’s pair in the film. An announcement is expected soon in this regard.
Talking about the production Sargunam said that he is awaiting Dhanush to be fully relieved from his Hindi debut ‘Raanjhnaa’ and is expecting to start filming from November this year. At present the director is fully immersed in finalizing the songs with music director Ghibran who made a splendid debut with ‘Vaagai Sooda Va’. Lyricists Arivumathi, Na. Muthukumar and Devendran are said to be penning the words to Ghibran’s tunes.
Hansika who is currently doing two films with Simbu, Vaalu and Vettai Mannan, is coming back to doing a movie with Dhanush after Mappillai which was her debut in Tamil. That makes it two each with Simbu and Dhanush for the cute Hansika.
