There is an interesting addition to the cast list of Vijay's Thuppakki. Malayalam actor-doctor Prasanth Nair will be seen in a pivotal role in this A.R.Murugadoss action entertainer in which Vijay is said to play a military man. Prasanth has acted in many Malayalam films and ads prior to this offer.
The director is so impressed with the doctor's performance that he has decided to cast him in the Hindi version of Thuppakki too, with Akshay Kumar. Way to go, doc.
