Child artiste, Tharuni Sachdev and her
mother Geetha Sachdev were killed in a
horrifying plane crash in Nepal that happened
on Monday. The little girl and her mother
were returning from a visit to Mukthinath,
a famous pilgrimmage centre for Hindus.
Despite her tender years, Tharuni had
made an impact in showbiz having starred
in a number of commercials as well as
in movies like Paa with Amitabh Bachchan
and Malayalam films like Vellinakshatram
and Sathyam. She was working on a Tamil
film for Vetri Selvan where she played
the heroine's sister when her life was
tragically cut short. Our heartfelt condolences
go out to Tharuni's loved ones.
