Director Sanjay Ram, who garnered praise for directing Thoothukudi, is currently working on an innovative project, Karuvarai Kutravaligal that is inspired from a real life incident. The script is about the lives of 12 gangsters which will be presented as realistically and sensitively as possible. The film will unfold in a narrative style with a retired police officer reciting the stories of these men.
Karuvarai Kutravaligal will have three heroes – Sanjay Ram, Ajay Krishna, and Vali. Radha Ravi will also be seen in a supporting role. The director is passionate about this movie and says that his film will attempt to show that criminals are made by circumstances and not by choice. Looks like it is going to be a hard-hitting film!
