Sources in Kollywood say that Rajinikanth has been paid the highest amount for Rana making him the top paid actor in the country. The Superstar, sources claim, was paid the salary in full even before Rana commenced.
Usually, Rajini agrees to settle down his payments soon after the film is completed but for Rana he is said to have agreed to take the payment before the project commenced. The star will return to the sets of Rana as soon he returns from Singapore.
