Nadigar Thilagam Sivaji Ganesan’s Karnan was re-released a few months back and it has been wowing audiences, young and old alike. Karnan was digitally redone and re-mastered and this enhanced version of the epic movie recently completed 125 days at the Tamil Nadu box-office and is still going strong in select multiplexes.
Karnan was first released 48 years back and that makes this feat even more special. Some of the newer releases that released recently could not garner the kind of collections that Karnan has managed.
Now US audiences can experience the grandeur of the new Karnan from July 27th. English subtitles will also be present in these prints.
