This quirky comedy could well and truly be the Tamil film industry’s Fast & the Furious, except with mean autos in place of flashy automobiles. Chandru (Arya) in the end comes up trumps in the final battle and earns himself a brand new auto, but the night racing culture is far from over. Maybe the sequel could offer new challengers, new rules and more whacky comedy.
