THE OPENING CREDITS
Kaththi starts right from the minute the opening credits roll out. Though the symbolism used is subtle, it's powerful. We have silhouettes of machines (which displaces the poorer sections of the population from their basic needs) in outlines of birds, cows, and women - representing the living and humane.
Industrialization and what it does to the impoverished is another issue that is featured in Kaththi.
