Kaththi issue still on - theatres in Chennai attacked at midnight

Last night, after the issue of the official statement on the release of Kaththi, once things were sorted out between the protest groups and theatres & distributors association, Sathyam cinemas and Woodlands theatre in Chennai were vandalized by miscreants.

 

Around 12 in the night, groups of people had reportedly thrown stones, broken the glass panes and hurled petrol bombs at Sathyam theatre. Woodlands theatre in the nearby Royapettah area also suffered a similar scenario. Some of the hooligans also tore the banner of Kaththi.
