1. Actor/Director Samuthirakani has completed his next directorial Appa, which happens to be the sequel of his earlier film Sattai. Dhanush’s Wunderbar Films has acquired the release rights of the film. Now it is heard that Sasikumar would apparently be playing a cameo in Appa. There are also rumors which say that Sasikumar might act in a full-fledged role under Samuthirakani’s direction soon.

2. Sasikumar’s upcoming rural entertainer Vetrivel which was supposed to release on the 29th of April has been advanced to 22nd April.

3. Music director Hip Hop Adhi has apparently directed a 9 minute short film on ‘Jallikattu’.

4. Thiruttu Payale sequel to be directed by Susi Ganeshan and produced by AGS Entertainment goes on floors. Other cast and crew details will be revealed soon.
