Telugu films being remade in Tamil and the vice versa is more than just a trend, and it has almost become a ritual now. Raghava Lawrence is one such film personality who gets to enjoy the best of both the states. His recent Kanchana 2 was a big blockbuster in both languages.
The latest news is, the successful Telugu film Pataas is going to be remade in Tamil with Lawrence playing the lead. The choreographer turned director will only act in this film, donning the 'khaki', and not call the shots. Singam Puli fame Sai Ramani is said to direct the film and RB Choudary will produce it as he has the Tamil remake rights.
After the sensational Kanchana 2, Lawrence will once again like to repeat the magic.
