“Mani Ratnam has played Okay Kanmani with his strength”

Mani Ratnam’s Okay Kanmani will soon be ready to hit the screens. The film with A R Rahman’s music and P C Sreeram’s cinematography appears to be a quickie completed within a short span of time.

Touted to be a simple romantic tale based on a real life love story, Okay Kanmani features Dulquer Salman, Nithya Menen, Kanika and Prakash Raj in key roles.

Updating about the film, cinematographer P C Sreeram in his microblogger says, “OKK will speak on its own. It's Mani’s baby. He has played it with his strength. I am only an observer as a Dop”.

The film is likely to release in April or May 2015.
