WHY IS ARUN VIJAY IN A LOT OF PAIN?

Actor Arun Vijay has had a good year since the release of his well-received performance in Yennai Arindhaal, with a lot of good projects coming his way. But now, after being injured in an accident on the sets of M Saravanan's Kannada film Chakravyuha, the actor is in a lot of pain. He took to Twitter, posting a copy of his medical reports and of him approaching the recently-held Nadigar Sangam elections donning dark shades. He tweeted: "Beneath da glasses... 2 fractured nasal bones, a bruised eye & cheek.. accident @ #chakravyuha shoot.. Extreme pain!" The actor has been receiving a volley of comments and messages from fans and friends wishing him to get well soon and feel better.

 

When Behindwoods contacted the actor, he said,

 

"It's the first time that I've been injured on my face like this during a shoot, although there are no cuts and stitches; just bruised rather badly. Even while attending the Nadigar Sangam elections, I had to mask the injuries with shades and make-up to hide the bruises and the blood clots. The doctors have advised me seven to ten days rest before I can resume shooting, which I am eager to get back to, especially since Chakravyuha is in its finishing stages of shooting."

 

Chakravyuha has been in the news for being Kannada superstar Puneeth Rajkumar's 25th film, being directed by M Saravanan of Engeyum Eppodhum fame. Meanwhile, Arun Vijay has made a mark yet again this year with his performance in Bruce Lee - The Fighter starring Ram Charan, which released recently,

 

"I'm glad the film's been received well. I'm in no hurry to sign on more Telugu projects. I'll take my time with the films I'm committing to," he shares.
