The antagonist of this film Arun Vijay broke into tears when he saw fans shouting 'Victor' and cheering him on wildly, after an early morning special show of the film at Kasi theater in Chennai. He watched the movie at Kasi along with producer A.M.Rathnam. Arun has been getting plaudits from the audience of all classes and all those years of hard work are being rewarded today with such a response.
