What is this horror sequel going to be?

Jithan was a 2005 film directed by Vincent Selva which had Jiiva’s brother Ramesh playing the lead which got him the name Jithan Ramesh. The film also had Sarath Kumar, Pooja and Kalabhavan Mani.

Now a sequel of this film is getting made which is being directed by newcomer Rahul Paramahamsa. On the sequel, Rahul says, “We needed familiar artistes performing the major characters; only then the etched characters will remain long in the minds of the audience”.

The cast of Jithan 2 involves Iniya, V.T.V.Ganesh, Thambi Ramaiah, J.P, Mayilsamy and Sona to support his claim. Debutante Shruthi will play a role that is said to be above average for a heroine. The movie with a genre of horror and mystery is in the verge of completion with just one song to be shot.
