Who is Alia Bhatt? Vetri Maaran ponders

Alia Bhatt, the pretty lady from Karan Johar’s Student of the year and the upcoming movie, Highway, was recently reported to have been roped in for Vetri Maaran’s next movie with Dhanush.

When contacted the Aadukalam director said, “I had no idea who Alia Bhatt is until I saw the news this morning. It is a rumour.” He also added that he’ll make the announcements about all his upcoming projects in a couple of weeks’ time. It must be noted that Alia Bhatt was also considered for KV Anand’s Anegan.

Meanwhile, Vetri Maaran is being reported to have signed a Hindi project that will be co-produced by Dhanush and Anand Rai. The film will also star Dhanush in the lead, we hear. The movie is said to be based on a novel. More updates are expected to follow soon.
