'I see myself in Ajith', Simbu

It is a well know fact that Simbu is a great fan of Ajith and he makes no bones to hide it. He makes it a point to watch Ajith’s films, first day first show with fans in theatres and enjoys them just like any other fan of the star.

When questioned about this, Simbu says that he was a great fan of superstar Rajinikanth and even when his first film Monisha En Monalisa was released, he went to watch only Rajini’s film with his friends and not his film.

“After Rajini”, the Vaanam star adds, “It is only Ajith who has taken the place of the superstar. I somehow see myself in Ajith. He is a star to me because he is the REAL hero in real life too”. A statement coming straight from the heart indeed!
