Superstar Rajini takes legal action against a Bollywood film
Sep 17, 2014 Superstar Rajinikanth, the man of simplicity has approached the Madras High Court to stop the release of a Hindi movie titled ‘Main Hoon Rajinikanth’. The ‘Style Samrat’ feels that the movie is an infringement of his private space and has used his name and personality without his permission.
It is to be noted that, this is the very first instance, Rajinikanth has used his name to file a petition in court. The movie’s release has been stayed for the moment and the case's next hearing has been scheduled for 22nd of September.
