Is Lakshmi Menon, Sivakarthikeyan's next heroine?

Yesterday there were rumours floating on the internet that Lakshmi Menon will play the female lead in Sivakarthikeyan - Soori's next, tentatively titled 'Rajini Murugan' with director Ponram.

 

But according to sources close to the team, the team is still on a hunt for the heroine. They are looking for some local nativity in the heroine. Also, the heroine has lots of scope for comedy in the film.

 

This Madurai based film will begin rolling in September, and apart from the core 'VVS' team, it also has Samuthirakani and Rajkiran in prominent roles. Thirrupathi Brothers would be funding this venture.
