Yesteryear lead actress Madhoo recently made a comeback with much elegance and dignity in Vaayai Moodi Pesavum (VMP). She looked as pleasing and youthful as ever and her performance was appreciated by the critics and audiences alike.

Prior to the release of VMP, Madhoo had said in a few interviews that she was a big fan of Vijay and that she would see all his films in Mumbai for their sheer entertainment value.

To her pleasant surprise, Vijay himself recently called her to thank her for the kind words about him. Madhoo is totally floored and took to Twitter to share her delight in this regard.

"Ilayathalapathy Vijay's humility is so endearing. I am happily stunned that he called me to thank me coz he heard me in a interview saying I am his fan. If I thought earlier that I liked him, now I love him even more. In reel I always liked him but now in real too he is a true hero.
