Ghibran speaks out on one of the year's best releases

For many months now there had been a buzz around the music of Thirumanam Ennum Nikkah as those who managed to get an early preview heaped praises on the composer Ghibran. Since the release of the music, the album has turned out to surpass everyone’s expectations in terms of sheer quality of the tunes.

An official from the Thirumanam Ennum Nikkah team said that the music has received an unprecedented response in the market. Responding to the overwhelming feedback Ghibran said “When director Anis narrated the script to me I pounced upon this opportunity since I felt it had a huge scope of becoming a musical treat. My prediction was justified, thanks to the talented lyric writers Parvathy, Karthik Nehta, Thenmozhi Das, Kadhal Mathi and Munna Shoukat Ali. Not to forget the singers Bonnie Chakrabothy, Nivas, 'Isai mazhalai' Harish, Ashwitha , Yazin Nizar, Shadab Faridi, Sundar Narayana Rao, and Chinmayee.”

Ghibran went further to emphasise the role of the visuals by saying,” Irrespective of the quality of the song the artistes who perform in the song are the torch bearers of the film and I was amazed by the screen presence of the lead pair of the film Jai and Nazriya.”

Ghibran also acknowledged director Anis’s concept for this film and cinematographer Loganathan’s lens-work and most of all he was thankful to the producer Aascar Ravichandran and the label Think Music India for making the music reach the masses.
