Cheran's brave and striking move to battle piracy

Piracy has become an issue that seems to go out of control and with the technology growing at a rapid pace, the chances of curbing piracy have become a challenge of sorts.

Director Cheran spoke about piracy at the Nimirnthu Nil audio launch, stating that he has taken a step to control the piracy of his upcoming movie, JK Enum Nanbanin Vaazhkai. He mentioned that his movie would be available on the net, on TV (DTH), DVDs and other platforms right from the day of the theatrical release.

Cheran believes that this step would help bring down the level of piracy to a certain extent. Will he succeed with this brave move?
