Who is the hero of Pizza 2?

Though not a sequel to Karthik Subbaraj's thriller Pizza starring Vijay Sethupathy and Remya Nambeesan, this second film from the franchise, was recently announced and Thiru Kumaran Entertainment will be producing this one too.
Titled ‘The Villa’, the film will have Vaibhav as its hero and Sanchita Shetty as the female lead. Deepan Chakravarthy, yet another short film maker-turned-director will helm the film. Vaibhav has confirmed the development from his side and an official confirmation from the production house has also come our way.
Santhosh Narayanan will again join the team in composing the tracks. The shoot for the film will go on floors in April 2013 and the rest of the cast and crew will be finalized before that.
